Rochester Garden and Flower Club has an annual garden tour where six to seven outstanding gardens are selected each year for the showcase and fundraising. I was invited to make a plein air painting at this gorgeous garden during the event in July. Despite the fickle summer weather, gardeners were just happy to see others' gardens. They were enthusiastically sharing and exploring the expertise on gardening. I felt so fortunate to enjoy this garden without any digging or cutting... A great benefit of being an artist!!
