This is my first painting after the move to SC. Retirement and relocation during the pandemic took lots of energy out of me. But when a surprise house warming gift showed up, I didn't have any more excuse. I had to take out my paints. It was so good to be back to painting. This little painting of strawberries from the gift basket reminds me why I paint. I am still very thrilled to be able to paint!!
